Helped find the exact carpet I wanted and no request was a problem, fitted really quickly and the fitters had taken the time to get really tricky part of my stairs done with ease. We visited Floor Barn to make an enquiry after reading good reviews online. We wanted to have Vinyl fitted to our two landings, stairs and garage. Conscious that this wasn't a 'straight forward' job I wasn't expecting the patience or expertise that Sarah and Simon have. There wasn't any sales pressure, rather the motivating purchasing factor being knowledge and a sincere regard for us making the best choices for a fantastic looking floor. During the fitting, which was lead by Simon I happily left home occasionally comfortable with them being around by themselves. They were good at communicating what they were doing each day. Once it was all laid down we were delighted with the work. Most satisfying was that the team clearly had satisfaction for the quality of work done. I would recommend this company. The team have years of expertise which combined with being great and friendly people,made the whole experience of getting a new floor fun.

Floor Barn have done the flooring in our whole house, this includes carpet, laminate and LVT. The offer a professional and friendly service. They don’t try to sell you the most expensive flooring they have like some places; they cater to your personal requirements. Simon is an extremely talented fitter and both he and Sarah are very knowledgeable on the products they offer. They are a brilliant family run business and I recommend them to anyone I know that require flooring. Would highly recommend to everyone!

When we walked into the shop, we were greeted by Sarah who was very welcoming. She helped and guided us to the carpets we were wanting. It was 3.30 on a Saturday and she arranged for us to have someone to come round to measure my living room the same day. When he arrived at 4 to measure he had prepared 3 quotes for the carpets we had picked. We went for the more expensive one New Zealand Wool Twist. Week later and it was fitted and we love it. From the moment we walked into the shop until the carpet was laid was top quality service. We will be back when we need our next carpet .
